Our Story

The heart of MA’s began with founder Andrea Rosas, whose trip to Hawaii left a lasting impression. Experiencing authentic Hawaiian shave ice for the first time sparked more than a craving — it sparked a dream. Inspired by the island culture, warmth, and sense of community, Andrea set out to recreate that same magic here in Southern California.

What started as a vision quickly turned into a passion project. With careful attention to quality, flavors, and presentation, MA’s was born as a way to bring island-style refreshment to local neighborhoods, one event at a time.

• Granada Hills Farmers Market – Fridays, 6PM to 10PM

• 818 Night Market – Saturdays, 5PM to 10PM
